What is Site Reports?
Site Reports is the inspection-first brand on the same platform as Floor Level Pro. Capture structured site evidence and deliver professional PDF reports with team collaboration built in.
Which report types are available today?
Building inspection PDF export is fully shipped. Floor level survey and other report types use the same report tab; marketing here focuses on inspection while survey capabilities remain in the shared app.
Do I pay extra for floor survey tools?
No. Every tier includes inspection and survey modules. Limits scale by projects, seats, and monthly AI units rather than per-module add-ons.
What is launch pricing?
Launch pricing on Core, Pro, and Elite: billed at $47 AUD/month for Core (normally $57), $97 AUD/month for Pro (normally $127), and $227 AUD/month for Elite (normally $297). Your billed monthly rate stays locked for the life of your subscription.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes null projects and 300 one-time AI units with no credit card required.
How do AI units work?
AI units power report generation and selected media processing. Paid tiers include a monthly org pool; you can buy top-up packs (50 units ($5 AUD), 100 units ($10 AUD), 200 units ($19 AUD), 500 units ($45 AUD), 1000 units ($89 AUD)) or enable auto-replenish. Can I buy more AI units?
Yes. Top-up packs are a one-time charge and do not expire. Auto-replenish can add a 100-unit pack when your balance would go negative.
How many users can I invite?
Core includes 1 users; Pro includes 5; Elite includes 10. Extra seats are available on paid plans from Billing.
Does Site Reports work on mobile?
Yes. Use a modern mobile browser on site to capture photos and notes. Desktop is best for long report editing sessions.
How do edit locks work?
When someone is editing, others see presence and can use View mode. Admins can also lock a project to block edits during review.
Can I email reports to clients?
Yes. After generation you can download PDF or send email from the report tab, subject to recipient limits shown in the app.
Where is data stored?
Projects use Google Cloud infrastructure in the Australia Southeast region by default, with encryption at rest and role-based access controls.
Is there an API?
Org admins can create API keys for project metadata, notes, and async PDF or DXF jobs. See the Developers page for scopes and rate limits.
Can I export survey DXF?
Pro and Elite tiers include survey DXF export for CAD handoff. Inspection PDF export is available on all tiers that can generate reports.
Who must sign off reports?
AI-assisted drafts are a starting point only. A qualified member of your team must review, edit, and approve content before client delivery.

Use the contact form or email support. Existing subscribers can also manage billing from the in-app Settings area.
