Billing questions
Limits and prices come from the same constants as the in-app Billing tab.
What is launch pricing?
Launch pricing on Core, Pro, and Elite: billed at $47 AUD/month for Core (normally $57), $97 AUD/month for Pro (normally $127), and $227 AUD/month for Elite (normally $297). Your billed monthly rate stays locked for the life of your subscription.
Is inspection a separate module?
No. Every tier includes inspection capture and floor survey tools. Pick a tier by projects, seats, and monthly AI units.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Billing in the app. Changes take effect on your next Stripe billing cycle.
What are top-up units?
Purchase additional AI units in packs (50 units ($5 AUD), 100 units ($10 AUD), 200 units ($19 AUD), 500 units ($45 AUD), 1000 units ($89 AUD)) when you exceed monthly allowances. See /pricing/ai-units for costs and an estimator.
What is auto-replenish?
On paid plans you can enable auto-replenish to add a 100-unit pack ($10 AUD) when a debit would leave your org short.
How do extra seats work?
Core includes 1 users; Pro includes 5; Elite includes 10. Extra seats are billed from Billing on paid plans.
