Encryption at rest

Project data, media, and report files are encrypted at rest on Google Cloud Storage.

Accounts use Firebase Authentication with industry-standard password hashing.

Org admin, member, and viewer roles control who can edit projects, manage billing, and invite users.

View mode, presence locks, and change history help teams coordinate without silent overwrites.

The platform runs on Google Firebase and Cloud Functions with automatic scaling and a 99.9% uptime target.

Server-side processing uses Google Cloud in the Australia Southeast region by default.
